The total area of ​​the Dubai Creek Mall is twice that of the Dubai Mall, according to sources close to Emaar Properties.
Emaar Properties has designed the mall's initial design and will include mobile bungalows that can be opened and closed to suit the weather in summer and winter.
Emaar Properties is developing a mega-project at Dubai Creek in partnership with Dubai Holding, which includes the construction of a $ 1 billion Burj Khalifa tower, as well as other towers, residences, leisure and commercial spaces.
